Discover the Enchantment of Historic New Cathedral Cemetery

New Cathedral Cemetery is the only cemetery owned by the Archdiocese of Baltimore. It is a consecrated burial ground for not just Catholics but for people of all faiths. Founded in 1871, this historic cemetery still has room for several future generations. It is a tranquil setting of rolling hills and trees with elaborate memorials and statues.

Thank you for visiting our website. The cemetery gates are open from 8:30am to 4:00pm every day. Burial vaults may be purchased from the cemetery either ahead of time or when needed. Please contact us for prices & terms. There is also the option of cremation interments in a family owned columbarium or bench. Please ask about our MEMORIAL TREE program. We will plant a tree in memory of your loved one with their name on a plaque.
